Here can be found the collections of contemporary home designs. These are divided up into two main categories that reflect distinct overall design characteristics.
Design Collection
The home designs are named after real people. They are actually all quite famous. Stock plan collections are often poorly organized and the homes have ridiculious names. Many of the designs at VillaModern originated from real projects. Rather than create generic design names, we have kept the personalization but named the designs after the craters on the moon. The craters of the moon are named after scientists.
The traditional home designs are historically inspired modern interpretations that tend to blend well into established neighborhoods yet still live and feel like a modern contemporary home.
The modern home designs here are inspired by the art and architecture that began in Europe in the early 1900's and was characterised by clean lines, broad windows and open floor plans. Incorporating the historic design concepts into todays lifestyles the houses represented are livable, sculptural, and dramatic.
