If you are afraid to contact us about purchasing home plans then you probably shouldn’t and just go to the local doublewide dealer have have them set you up. Basically we still run a design service company here. We actually hope to talk to you, answer questions, get enthusiastic about our products, and build a relationship with our customers. These are stock plans bet we realize that they are not cheap. What better level of security is that?

Any use of the information contained herein beyond the one-time use authorized by a purchase of Prints, or any duplication, publication, sale or distribution of any part of these Plans without the prior written consent of VillaModern, Kingswood, Inc. represents a violation of Federal Laws subject to the prescribed penalties. All VillaModern, Kingswood, Inc. plans are protected by United States Copyright Law and International Treaty Provisions. Purchasers may not modify, duplicate in any form, rent, lease, and loan, distribute or create derivative works based on information provided in whole or in part. Any reproductions or modifications by means now known or hereafter invented, without the express written consent of VillaModern, Kingswood, Inc. is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Copyright Infringement is investigated by the FBI, and carries civil penalties.

License Agreement for Use of Plans
VillaModern, Kingswood, Inc. assumes no liability for any home, portion of a home, or other structure which may be built from these plans. The purchaser of these plans is responsible for reading and complying with the following before the start of construction.
Use of the Plans
A purchase of Design set of the Plans is for evaluation purposes only. Design sets are not for construction and no duplication is allowed. A purchase of Construction set of the Plans grants the purchaser as "Licensee" the right to use such documents to construct a single home. A single purchase of construction set of the plans allows duplication of prints solely for that purpose. Purchaser acknowledges that all rights of ownership, title, and interest in the copyrights, plans and derivatives remain with VillaModern, Kingswood, Inc. Modified plans are considered derivatives of the original and receive the same copyright protection even if completely redrawn. License for use of the Plans ends with the completion of the house (occupancy). Plans are not transferable to a third party. The plans may not be resold, leased, transferred, or used by any other person. An additional license must be purchased for each home constructed. Reproductions from design drawings or construction drawings may not be made at any time.
Any use of the Plans, or modifications of the Plans, by purchasers, builders or others is done at their own risk. Licensee should have the Plans reviewed by a local professional architect or structural engineer before obtaining building permits and/or the start of construction. The information contained within the Construction Prints is to indicate design intent and basic construction detailing. It is the builder's responsibility to provide standard construction details and practices which will result in a structurally sound and weatherproof finished product. The designs, or portions thereof, may not be copied or used in any way without written release. It is illegal to create derivative works or have plans, renderings, or sketches drawn based on our home plans, renderings, catalogs, internet site, or other marketing materials.
Additional Construction Plan Licenses
The purchase of additional sets of that home plan at a reduced price from the original set or as part of multiple set packages does not convey to the buyer a license to construct more than one dwelling. If licensed to modify plans to a copyrighted design, the modified design is not free from the original designer’s copyright. The sale or reuse of the modified design is strictly prohibited. Any modifications to the plans relieves the designer from liability for design defects, errors, omissions and voids all warranties expressed or implied.
Additional Construction Plan Licenses can be purchased which grant the right to build the structure more than one time.
